VAYA Online LARGE ENSEMBLE FESTIVAL CLINICS ON DEMAND

The VAYA Online LARGE ENSEMBLE CLINICS ON DEMAND are open to Concert Bands, Orchestras, World Music, Jazz and Percussion Ensembles from around the world.

• Registration is ONGOING
• Written adjudications and audio or video critiques will be returned approximately three weeks from submission.
• Any group receiving a score of 90 or higher, will receive an invitation to Canada’s Premier Music Festival – MUSICFEST CANADA (musicfest.ca)
  

How to participate

1. Get the VAYA LARGE ENSEMBLE SYLLABUS (pdf) and select the category you wish to enter.
2. Register online on our VAYA Online LARGE ENSEMBLE Clinics on Demand! Registrations page. 
3. Record an audio or video of your performance.
4. Upload your recordings to your own YouTube channel as an UNLISTED video – so anyone with the link can view it.
5. Email (gm@vayafestivals.ca) a link to your video. Attach PDFs of your sheet music/scores and your completed entry form.
   Please note: We are unable to accept Google Drive or Dropbox links. We are unable to accept any formats other than PDF.
